libfolks-dbg software package provides library to aggregates people into metacontact - debugging symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfolks-dbg
libfolks-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfolks-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfolks-dbg *
You will get with libfolks-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
